How do I track nutrients?

The ControlMyWeight iOS app does not set custom targets for macronutrients. The app can display the following nutrients per day, per meal, and per individual food item:


Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sugar, Fiber, Calcium, Sodium, Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, Poly Unsaturated Fat, Mono Unsaturated Fat, Cholesterol, Alcohol, Sugar Alcohol, Potassium, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Caffeine


Nutrients Per Day - To view nutrients per day, tap the circle located at the top right of the Diary screen; a Summary for Today will open. Tap the circle again to exit.

 

Nutrients Per Meal - A total amount of calories and carbs per meal category is displayed under each meal category heading on the Diary screen. Additional nutrient data for each meal is limited to highlighted nutrients. Four highlighted nutrients fit across most iPhone screens. Place your finger on the row of highlighted nutrients and slide left to view additional nutrients. To edit highlighted nutrient selections, go to Settings > User Interface > Highlighted Nutrients.

 

Nutrients Per Food - Tap individual items within a meal category to view nutrition facts per food.
