How do I track nutrients?

The ControlMyWeight web diary displays up to four highlighted nutrients. To edit highlighted nutrients, click on the menu icon at the top left of the diary screen and go to Settings > User Interface > Highlighted Nutrients. You may choose from the following options:

Calories, Net Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sugar, Fiber, Calcium, Sodium, Saturated Fat, Trans Fat, Poly Unsaturated Fat, Mono Unsaturated Fat, Cholesterol, Alcohol, Sugar Alcohol, Potassium, Iron, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Caffeine.
