I've lost my registration code - can I have it resent/emailed to me again?

We have an automatic system to resend registration codes.

If you have lost your registration code and require it to be resent you will need to have access to the email address you purchased it with, as this is the address the code will be resent to.

Resend My Software Registration Details

If your email has changed since you purchased the software or you no longer have access to the email address you used when you purchased the software, you will need to submit a support ticket requesting that your details be updated and we will email you your registration details manually. In this email please make sure you provide us with your full name, email address used to purchase the software and new email address.

Are database updates available for the Nutrition and Exercise Manager?

Version 4.0 of the Nutrition and Exercise Manager and newer includes automatically built-in database updates from the CalorieKing.com website.

Can multiple users use the Nutrition and Exercise Manager?

Version 4.0 and newer of the Nutrition and Exercise Manager supports up to 5 individual users within the software.

To add a new user, click on the drop-down list at the top of the main window, and select Create new user. The Personal Profile will then appear for another person to take.

After the user is created, they will appear in the list. Simply select a name from the list to switch to that user. If you wish to completely delete a user, change to that user, then select Delete current user from the list.

Do MyFoods/MyExercises sync between the Nutrition and Exercise Manager and Palm OS Diet Diary software ?

Currently MyFoods / MyExercises do not sync between the Nutrition and Exercise Manager and the Handheld Diet Diary for Palm OS.

How do I correct the display issue on the Nutrition & Exercise Manager for Mac OS X Reports page?

To correct your Reports page font, un-check the "Use LCD font smoothing option when available" option located in your Mac System Preferences 'Appearance' tab.

You will need to restart the Nutrition & Exercise Manager to see that the Reports page font has been corrected.

Can I sync the Nutrition and Exercise Manager for Mac OS X with the Diet Diary for Palm OS?

Unfortunately the Nutrition and Exercise Manager for Mac OS X does not synchronize with the Diet Diary for Palm OS.
