I would like a refund for a product I purchased from the online shop. How do I arrange this?

NOTE: This refund policy only applies to physical products that were shipped to you - books, and pedometers. It does not apply to membership or software downloads.

To obtain a refund, please return the products you have ordered to the address below. The following conditions apply:

  • The products must be received by CalorieKing.com in same condition as received with instructions and packaging included.
  • Products must be postmarked no later than 30 days after initial purchase.
  • The products must be returned at your own expense.
  • You must supply us with the invoice number associated with your original order. If you have lost or forgotten your invoice number, please include your ship to and bill to name with your return.

When we receive the returned products, in good order and condition, we will refund your credit card for the value of the products only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
